Layout and section changes

I added a layout folder to adjust the template of the home page and list pages (/layouts/index.html and /layouts/lists.html). Goal: remove 'blog' style, ordered according to year. Instead, print short summary and give an overview of the latest posts.

Content management and sections: removed the content from the post folder and created separate folders

Content changes: events, award, home page, ...
